Ernesto holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees; one in Civil Engineering and the other in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami, Florida, where he graduated with honors in 2002. Has attended seminars in international housing finance, architecture and real estate development from Wharton Business School and American Society of Civil Engineers.
In 2003, he Co-Founded and has since Presided “HOLA Realty,” building homes for underprivileged populations.
In 2012 he Founded and Presides “Education Model Towns” a development company focused on creating sustainable communities that offer a variety of uplifting and empowering opportunities for its residents.

Ashley studied her first two years of college at the College of Holy Cross where she played Division 1 Basketball. She decided to hang up her sneakers and transferred to NYU where she graduated with a double major in International Politics and Chinese.
One of the many passions that Ashley and Ernesto share is that they both love to give back. Together they have created a campaign called SNAP2LIVE, where they focus on creating global awareness to save millions of lives. Through innovative partnerships and influential people they activate the youth to join the fight and become safe drivers.
Upon graduation in 2015, Ashley became a real estate professional, and has since studied the ins and outs of the market.
